Returns & Refunds
Not completely head-over-heels in love with your Aria kit? No problem, you can return it for a full refund. No hassles.
We gladly accept returns of unused, good-as-new Aria kits, within 30 days of receiving your kit, for a full refund of your money. Simply put your kit back in the box you received it in, and mail it to:

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of Aria Kits Ltd. receiving your returned item.
Here’s the catch
The Aria case or folding bag (from Aria Refill kits) must be unused and in excellent condition, unless damage was caused due to external factors such as breakage of items inside, damage during shipping or factory defect.
Items that come inside your Aria kit or Aria Refill kit must also be unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that have been used.
Replacing items inside the kit
If one or more of the items inside your Aria kit or Aria Refill kit doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly replace it at no charge to you. Just send us a picture to our Instagram account (@ariatravelkit) or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and tell us what the problem is. If the item is damaged, broken, or otherwise faulty by no fault of your own, we’ll gladly send you a replacement from our Aria lineup of products.
