Please note that due to the nature of our products including consumables, (some of which are one-time use only), Aria adheres to a strict NO REFUNDS policy. All sales are final.
- Product exchange/replacement is available ONLY with the purchase of Shipping Insurance.
- Shipping Insurance is available for an additional fee prior to checkout.
- Customers who opt into our Shipping Insurance are guaranteed new product replacement in the event your package/product is damaged or lost before delivery.
- Aria reserves the right to decide the nature of product replacement (whole kit or individual items) in the case of damage or non-delivery. Lost or missing items will first be investigated on a case-by-case basis before a replacement is offered. Photos/proof of damaged items may be requested.
- Aria is not responsible for delivery issues related to the submission of an incomplete or incorrect address during checkout.
- Please understand our shipping times are only our best estimates. If your package has yet to arrive within the projected shipping time frame, please wait a few more days before assuming your item is missing and initiating an inquiry.
- Customers are allotted 30 calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery, according to the available package tracking information (USPS), to initiate product replacement.
*Shipping Insurance is a premium service we provide for the benefit of our customers. Aria neither assumes nor accepts responsibility for product or delivery issues attributable to the carrier.

- If you received a damaged/defective product, or items are missing, initiate the replacement process by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, as well as the name and address under which the order was placed.
- Return the defective or damaged product in the condition received, to the address provided below.*

- We will ship your replacement product only once we have confirmed the delivery of your returned item.
